Our church is a place for reflection, spiritual exploration, fellowship and action.
We are a lively community of young families, singles, couples, and elders who are working hard to make meaning of our lives and our world by engaging in spiritual exploration (for children, youth and adults), social action that connects us with our larger community, and fellowship with others who share our values.
We are people of many different religious backgrounds, ethnic and racial backgrounds, and sexual orientations and identities- and we welcome you to join us to add your own to our mix!
If you visit us, you'll notice that we are in a historic building, and in fact our roots as a faith in this community and in New England are re deep and strong. We are an old congregation with a relatively young membership, and as such we work to connect with our past while envisioning and building our future together. In a congregation that has been around this long, it's natural for the community to go through many cycles in its life. We're currently moving from a time of self-reflection and definition into an outward-reaching, active engagement with our larger community and our world.
The covenant that binds us together in this work was adopted in October of 2010:
